The Lean Yellow Belt Certification program is classroom-based for groups of up to 12-14 attendees. It is made up of the following lessons:

1. Introducing Lean Thinking
2. Lean Tools and Practices I: Value Stream Mapping, Cellular Flow, Just-In-Time (JIT)
3. Lean Tools and Practices II: Kanbans, Kaizen, 5S
4. Total Productive Maintenance and Visual Management Systems
