Course Content The course introduces senior managers to the concepts of Lean, and the tools used to improve operating performance in Lean implementation initiatives. It will brief senior managers on how a lean system can be implemented at each plant. Duration: 1 Day Elements covered include: Module 1 - Lean Tools Provides an overview of continuous improvement tools including Plan-Do-Check-Act cycles; 5S housekeeping; set-up reduction; problem solving with root cause analysis; and error-proofing Module 2 - Next Steps Provides an overview of how organization initiatives will be developed through pilot projects.
