Module Content
The program is designed to help participants realize the
importance of optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness
(OEE) – equipment availability; actual output compared
to standard and the quality level of the output; how to
improve equipment OEE through reducing breakdowns and minor
stoppages; restoring efficiency; and eliminating quality
defects. At the end of the program, delegates should be
able to identify opportunities for Total Productive Maintenance
(TPM) in their company, and apply a range of tools and techniques
for improving OEE.
