Module Content
This module provides training in the creation and maintenance
of an efficient and safe working environment. The 5S approach
to workplace organization is as relevant and beneficial
in the office as it is on the shop floor. This program is
designed so that delegates understand the importance of
influencing the entire workforce so that the required standards
can be maintained, in addition to the more tangible skills
required in its initial development.
