  • Getting Started – Resources Required; Product Families; Selecting a Product to Value Stream Map
  • Mapping Your Current State – What is a current state map? Create a current state map
  • Successful Future State – What is a Future State Map? Create a Future State Map

The module contains in-line and final review questions and assessments to enable learners to track their prograss and guage how well they have assimilated the module content.
