Q. What length is the program?
A. The program duration is 13-15 weeks. However, this time period is flexible based on your personal and work commitments.

Q. How is the certification assessed?
A. The assessment model for program is based on an assignment worth 50% and a final on-line exam worth 50%. The assessment can be customised to focus on an in-house specific process or can be a standard project issued by the according institutes.

Q. Is the program location dependent?
A. No. The program is completely online and therefore can be undertaken from any location with internet access.

Q. Is the program online only?
A. The program is available in online format for individuals. However, organizations can register groups of 12 participants on the programs. This group receives online access and in-house instructor-led sessions.

Q. How long does each session take to complete?
A. Lessons, are on average, 3 hours in duration. However, the program allows for students to complete a lesson over the course of a week.

Q. When do participants need to begin their assignment?
A. Assignments are typically issued once students have completed the first 3-4 lessons of the programs. At this point, assignment completion and lesson programs occur at the same time.

Q. How long are the participants given to complete an assignment?
A. Participants are typically given 6-8 weeks for assignment completion. This duration is flexible based on participant's personal and work commitments.

Q. When do the participants need to sit the final online exam? A. Having completed the program assignment and online lessons, participants can arrange a suitable date and time to undertake their final exam.

Q. Where can the final online exam be undertaken?
A. The final online exam can be undertaken at any location with an internet connection, and an agreed third party Proctor in attendance.

Q. Is a hard copy reference for the program available?
A. Yes. Participants receive a hard copy participant workbook for the program upon registration. The workbook contains the core narrative of all nine lessons that make up the program.
