Our diverse projects demonstrate the great strength of Lean in that it can be applied successfully across a wide array of sectors. For example, we have partnered with staff from specific customer organizations to successfully deploy Lean in healthcare, government, and financial services sectors. Equally, Lean has been applied across a variety of functions within these organizations including Finance, IT, Quality, Sales, and Human Resources.

The Group has expanded substantially over the past 11 years and has a reputation for supporting and empowering organizations and their people through growing expertise from within. In response to customer requirements, we became the first organization at a global level to develop an international on-line accredited standard in Lean.
